• WT-3025 is speciallydesigned for customers who seeking bottle cap printing with high-speed,easy plate making, lower cost and simple operation. Machine designbased on the principle of dry after each print, equipped with uniquemagnetic roller, two sets of dual-color offset printing units and oneset of varnishing unit, it can achieve color on color printing withaccurate registration.
  
  
• Control by PLC with color touch screen interface, it organizes a high efficiency production line that reach 90000pcs/hour.
  
  
• Automatic transfer and store caps, control by sensor system inside the unscrambler to maintain enough caps in the system.
  
  
• Automatic sort the cap into correct direction before goes into the printer, otherwise back to the unscrambler again.
  
  
• Made with stainless steel and aluminum alloy, to smoothly transfer the cap into printer.
  
  
• Remove any dust on the cap surface with static bars before printing, to ensure quality printing effect.
  
  
• Inorder to improve the surface tension before printing, standardconfigure comes with flame treatment unit or optional corona treatmentunit can be selected to suit different material.
  
  
• Twosets of two-color offset printing head equipped with magnetic printroller, it can achieve color on color printing. Each print head canindividually micro-adjust various directions. The special designed inktray is simple and convenient for install, disassembly and cleaning,also reduce ink loss in order to improve production efficiency.
  
  
• With advanced anilox roller, the varnishing unit makes the cap surface have higher shining effect.
